Self-esteem is a reflection of the way we think and feel about ourselves, and the way we interact with the world. It’s about how we accept, respect, trust ourselves and is ultimately reflected in how we treat ourselves and others.

When our self-esteem is low we may have frequent critical thoughts about ourself, we may feel unworthy of being loved and accepted, feel unimportant, empty inside and may lack a sense of belonging.

This can result in difficulties in moving ahead in life, leaving an unhealthy relationship and trusting our own decisions.
